1998 Oceans Conservation Report Series 2 The Oceans Conservation Report Series is a newly established series published by Canada's Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO), as part of the 1998 International Year of the Oceans' celebrations. This report series is intended to serve a broad audience interested in coastal and oceans issues affecting Canada and the global coastal community.
